Our high-quality leather is tanned without chrome. We choose to work with naturally tanned leather, not only for safety — for both people and the environment — but also because it gives our products their unique, natural character.

For customers who prefer to avoid animal products, we sought an alternative to leather. Appelleer is a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative.

We also use a lot of organic cotton for bag linings, woven straps, canvas products, and tote bags. All cotton comes from Dibella India, an innovative organisation in southern India that shares our values, ensures traceability to the farm level, and guarantees that farmers receive a fair price.

Beyond trade relations, we strive to positively influence local communities, people, and the climate.
